DVDs usually arrive 7-14 days after ordering. The DVDs included in this package require a DVD North American (Region 1) player that is newer than the year 2002 to avoid incompatible systems.

Surveys: You will be contacted by email with a password and link to access the MASI test. This test will be scored and a report will be created usually on the next business day. You must complete your test within 14 days or your password will expire.

Consultations: You must have your consultation with Dr. Komer within 6 months of this booking. This consultation does not replace the importance of seeing your own health professionals where appropriate testing and treatments may be done.

The standard return policy is 15 days from receipt with the product in its original packaging and condition shipped at your expense. YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM THE Peak Performance Institute BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM. THIS NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED ON ALL PACKAGES AND COMMUNICATIONS.
